When I was reading the paper at work in the domestic cleaning service I heard about the speech that Hilary Clinton gave concerning the crisis in Mali. She said something very important, that "We will not make this become a safe haven".

She meant for the terrorists that they will not have a safe haven in Mali. I think that she gave a really moving speech and really cut to the heart of the matter at hand. Her political influence is great and I think that even though it is after all just a speech, it will help motivate the troops that are stationed there as well as the fact that the government will be motivated to send out more support.
